Relaxing Care Without The Commute

Online therapy has its advantages. Your time is valuable. You’ll save time and money now that you don’t have to drive across town, stop for gas, or find parking for your appointment! It’s also a great way to get the support you need while juggling a hectic schedule. Plus, you may find you’re more relaxed sitting in your favorite chair than an office with tacky, generic hotel art.

Online therapy removes some of the barriers many find when searching for a quality therapist in Indiana and increases access to find help when you need it.

How It Works

For many people, telehealth has become the go-to option for all of their mental and physical healthcare needs. My practice is exclusively done via telehealth, which means that all of our sessions are done virtually.* I use the platform Simple Practice, which is HIPAA-compliant, very secure, and very easy to use.

 

Therapy in your safe space.

All that you’ll need to get started is a device fit for video chat, a solid connection to wi-fi, and a distraction-free environment.

At this time, I am contracted with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana insurance. I accept private pay for sessions on a sliding scale basis from $85-$200/hour.
